Call of duty 4 on brawling…

Ok, so you’re the kind of guy who generally forgoes the sniper for the silenced MP5? But let me guess, you’re not doing it to be quiet… you are doing it because with stopping power and steady aim on, you can hip-shoot kids like there is no tomorrow? Or, when you need more firepower, are you the kind of guy who spawns with the 3 frag perk and an RPD with stopping power and deep penetration? And let me guess, when you run out of ammo, your pistol becomes your tool of destruction instead of picking up your dead victim’s M21?

Brawlers. They are the ones who charge headlong into the fray, spewing frags and stuns like their life depends on it, and cutting enemy after enemy down with a red-dot Mp5. These are the frontmen of Call of Duty. These are the ones who win games, these are the ones who amass huge amounts of kills by running balls-to-the-walls into enemy territory, catching enemy after enemy off guard, and knifing the ones who REALLY aren’t paying attention. Well, you are men after my own heart. Men who, after spawning with a sniper maybe once in a GREAT while, still say “screw this…” and cast it to the side to pick up that red-tiger AK-47 they happen across.

Well, here are some tips that may help these savage warriors of Call of Duty, to help them become even more ferocious and deadly than they already are.

Firstly, remember that steady aim with stopping power is the BEST close range configuration, end of story. You can say what you want about juggernaut, but I am here to tell you… more often than not, when I meet up with a juggernaut, and I’m rushing with my silenced mp5, that juggernaut doesn’t have a chance! It’s the guys who kill you in two shots because they have stopping power that I fear, the ones with steady aim or even deep impact.

Don’t underestimate the effectiveness of well placed grenades. I am not a fan of random “grenade spamming.”. However, well placed, well thought out grenades in places far away from you is different. Does the UAV show four enemies at B base? Ok, you have three frags… dispatch them before you even get there. Odds are you will get at least one, and if you are like me, you still don’t give up at three to one, because sometimes, if you plan it right, you can win it.

And one final thought, I am just gonna throw this out there. You can disagree if you want, but I swear by this… The only way to carry a shotgun is to carry the automatic shotgun with grip, stopping power, and steady aim. Discussion over, that is the ONLY way I would ever carry a shotgun, and if you don’t believe me, try it. You will change your mind.
